Item Title
C-24 Additive Change Order #1 for Charles E. Bennett Elementary School Re-Pipe Kitchen Water and Sewer
Issue/Rationale
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board. The additive changes are for owner requested items (see attached).
Recommended Action
Approve the change order.
Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $7,890.67. The Substantial Completion date is August 7, 2012. The Final Completion date is August 22, 2012. Engineer fees will increase by $473.44 as a result of this Change Order.
